Hard to believe but spring is right around the corner and it's a good time to start putting future events on paper. I have added three to our current calendar:

-Sunday, April 2nd- Bicycle Swap and Sale in Buffalo, NY

-Sunday, May 7th- Hollenbeck's Spring Classic Road Race in Virgil, NY

-Saturday, October 7th- 2nd Annual Styles for Myles Remembrance Jam @

Rocky's Bicycle Shop, Monroeton, PA


During past discussions we've all agreed we will probably stick close to home this summer and take advantage of what is right here. We've also discussed pop up events. After checking out last year's Coarse Course race, I think we can do something similar. What I need to know is if anyone has events they intend to participate in so I can add them to the calendar. The more notice we have the better chance I have at providing team support. Here's a few ideas I have that others may be interested in:

*Weekend camp & ride in Cooperstown, NY

*Pump track in Syracuse day trip

*Blackman Hill Dirt Bike Day

*Glen Curtis Museum/wine tour ride, Hammondsport, NY


Jammer is very interested in holding an event or two at Greek Peak. We should schedule a sit down to discuss this.

Slowey sent me an email recently with some good news. He found us a sponsor called, The Feed. They sell all sorts of nutrition and performance enhancing products. I was especially interested in this because I don't eat or hydrate enough when I ride and if I'm stopping and periodically drinking I should do both of those things. So, Slowey found The Feed and approached them about sponsorship. They were happy to help us out. They started a landing page for us on their website.

If you are interested, these are the details

:-Go to the webpage above register and sign up to claim your credit. The Feed will give you $20 credit every 90 days for a total of $80/year. You cannot accrue
it and they will send you reminders so you don't forget to use it

.-There is a minimum order of $35 to use your $20 credit.

-The Feed requires S2S to make four social media posts per year but hopes our riders will tag them on social media when using their products. We should use @thefeedme

Stoked to announce I signed the contract with O'NEAL last week for the upcoming 2023 season. Of course, they have a small list of requirements attached to their sponsorship.


For dirt bikes:

*Only wear O'NEAL pants, jersey and gloves when racing. You can wear different

boots and helmet as long as it is not a direct competitor.

Ex.: Can wear Shoei or 6D but not THOR or FOX.

Must promote in a positive manner. So, no tagging on posts that engage in

smoking or drinking.

Logos must be highly visible.

We grant O'NEAL the right to use our name, photos, etc. They do share our pictures occasionally.

We must post at least once a month O'NEAL products in use. We must tag

O'NEAL Racing and use the hashtags: #onealriders #onealmx #oneofus

Must participate on O'NEALS social media pages. Basically, Facebook and Instagram.

Likes are always appreciated but comments are gold standard.


For MTB:

Must use O'NEAL helmet and gloves.


For Road Cycling:

There are no requirements because O'Neal doesn't produce cycling products. I still

recommend wearing their gloves, socks, etc. when possible.


*Because, we also require a team jersey on race day we have come up with a way to satisfy both O'NEAL and S2S. Our team jerseys are specifically designed to complement O'NEALS pants and gloves. O'NEAL jerseys are to be worn during practice but you are required to wear your S2S jersey during your race.
